Nope—and that’s part of the fun. Every month is a surprise, carefully curated and signed by Heidi (or guest artist). Think of it like a mini art show, delivered to your mailbox.

We ship all prints around the 26th of each month via USPS First Class Mail. You’ll usually receive your envelope within 5–7 business days (U.S.) or 2–3 weeks (international).

Your subscription is billed monthly or annually (depending which option you choose) and renews automatically. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next billing cycle through your customer portal. We’ll send a reminder before your renewal date just in case you want to make changes.

We get it—life changes! You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle (monthly billing happens on the 20th and yearly billing happens on the 1-year anniversary of your subscription date).
Because each print is made just for you, we don’t offer returns or refunds on shipped items, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong. -
Oh no! If your print was bent or damaged in transit, email us at [support email] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a photo so we can make it right—we want you to love your art.

Absolutely! Art makes a beautiful, thoughtful gift. Just select the “Gift Subscription” option at checkout and include the recipient’s info. You can even add a custom note.
